Never leave your gear submerged in water, or any other liquid for a long period of time.

Please don't let your puppy use our gear as a chew toy.

A simple wipe with a damp cloth, or a gentle scrub in warm soapy water for tougher stains, is all you need.

Always pat dry your gear after cleaning to extend the lifespan of your BioThane products.

Our hardware consists of Solid Brass, Stainless Steel, Nickel and Chromium plated. As is common with all plated/coated hardware, colour change may occur over time. This should only apply to our black hardware range. Expect some chipping of the Black Cobra-style buckles, as it it a coated steel - this chipping will not effect the usage of the product (just visually). This is a normal process, and feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns.

Additionally, we can replace and repair hardwares for a small cost, just send us your much used and loved gear, and we'll patch it up for you and send it back, good as new!
