We service New Zealand from our online store, and Australia. 

DELIVERY TIME & PROVIDERS

We aim to have accurate turn-around times displayed on our website, these are subject to change at anytime, and for updates on our turn-around times, please refer to our website, ot get in touch with us!

Orders are dispatched after completion, and you will be notified via email.

We use NZ Post / Courier Post, timeframes may be subject to their delays. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect to receive it within the below timeframes:

  • North Island – 1-2 working days,
  • South Island - 2-3 working days.
  • Waiheke, Stewart & Great Barriers Islands – 2-3 working days.

If it is heading to a Rural Delivery address, please allow an extra 2-3 working days on top of those time frames. *Rural Delivery, Waiheke, Stuart, and Great Barrier Islands all incur extra rural charge of $5 – if you don’t select the rural option at checkout, we will be in contact with you to process this or request a standard delivery address.

Other International shipping is not yet available, sorry.

We aim to provide tracking information upon dispatch of your order.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Deliveries to Great Barrier Island are for collection from drop-off point only, there is no door to door delivery service on Great Barrier Island.
  • We cannot courier to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
  • We’re not covered for any goods that are damaged or stolen during & after being delivered.
  • Roam With Dogs Ltd retains the rights to change/amend shipping costs in case it has been incorrectly calculated.
  • Roam With Dogs Ltd will contact you to provide the accurate cost prior to dispatch should this differ from what is displayed on your order.

CANCELLATION
Roam With Dogs Limited may refuse to accept or cancel any order or delivery of goods at any time by giving written notice to you. Roam With Dogs Limited shall not be liable for any loss as a result from such cancellation.
